Wrigglet is a multiplayer snake game played in the browser. It is made by JN Solutions AB, a Swedish company (see Contact). By playing you accept these terms.

Playing

• The game is free. You can play as a guest or sign in with Google.
• As a guest, your account and stats are kept in this browser only. If you clear its data, they are gone. Signing in with Google keeps them on every device.
• Your player name and your best results are shown to other players, on the leaderboards and in the game. Pick a name you are fine with others seeing. Offensive names are replaced, and we may hide players from the leaderboards.
• Don't try to break the game, the servers or other people's experience, for example by cheating or by flooding the servers. We may block players who do.
• The game is still being developed. Rules, power-ups, levels and leaderboards may change, and we can't promise it is always available.

Wrigglet Supporter

Wrigglet Supporter is a one-time purchase that supports the game. It is not a subscription, and you are only charged once. It gives you:

• every skin and effect (trails, death effects and hats) straight away, without having to reach the level,
• the skins and effects only supporters can get,
• a ⭐ in front of your name in the game and on the leaderboards,
• the skins and effects we add later.

The price is shown on the button before you buy, with VAT included.

• Tied to your account. You need to sign in with Google to buy. The pack belongs to that Google account and works on every device where you sign in with it.
• Delivered right away. The pack is digital and is unlocked as soon as the payment has gone through, usually within seconds.
• Deleting your account deletes the pack with it, and it can't be brought back.
• Only looks. The pack changes how you look. It gives no advantage in the game.

Payment and refunds

The purchase is sold through Link, part of Stripe, which is the seller (merchant of record) of the purchase. Link handles the payment, VAT, the receipt and the refund, under its own terms. You will find them in the payment form and on your receipt. The charge shows up on your statement starting with LINK.COM*.

• To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt email or contact Link support. You can also write to us and we will help.
• If the purchase is refunded, or the payment is reversed, the pack is taken away.
• Your rights as a consumer under the law are never affected by these terms.

If the game changes or closes

We intend to keep Wrigglet running, and skins in the pack stay yours as long as the game exists. If we ever have to close the game, we will say so in the game well in advance. The pack can't be used anywhere else.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, for example lost results because of a bug or an outage, except where the law says otherwise.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when, and we will say so in the game if the change matters for what you bought. Swedish law applies.
